One of the main highlights of Casa Palma is the outdoor living space. This property sits on the edge of the Catalina Mountains and the views of Pusch Ridge are exceptional. Plus, there’s a magnificent saguaro cactus right in the backyard creating the perfect photo op!
Casa Palma features a hot tub, perfect for lounging in the cool of the evening or in the summer, the temperature can be turned down to use it as a plunge pool. The fire pit is an excellent spot for late-night conversations over a glass of wine and stargazing. Hammocks in the far corner of the yard offer the perfect place for an afternoon siesta, gently swaying in the desert breeze. If you’ve got a competitive family, playing ladder golf or giant Jenga will mean plenty of laughter and memories made outside.
Inside, Casa Palma is professionally decorated with vintage MCM decor that has been beautifully refinished especially for this property. You’ll also find cozy Southwestern-inspired decor, including our signature “Hola Tucson” mural on the wall. The living room is spacious and features plenty of seating, making it an ideal spot for gathering up the family for movie nights on the 55” Roku TV with sound bar. Need more living space? Head around the corner to the den, complete with another 55” Roku TV with a vintage gaming console, puzzles, games, and a foosball table.
The light-filled kitchen is beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops and ceiling-height designer backsplash. Start your day sipping on a cup of organic coffee while soaking in the sunlight streaming in from the skylights and taking in the view of the Catalinas from the large windows. The full-size dining table has seating for six (can squeeze in a 7th on the bench), with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. Each bedroom is named for an icon of the surrounding desert. The primary bedroom, the Saguaro Suite, is complete with luxurious Pima cotton sheets, a medium-firm Casper mattress, and a stunning en-suite with direct access to the hot tub in the backyard. The Agate Room and Cholla Room are both decorated with a modern southwestern motif, and are outfitted with queen-sized mattresses, plush pillows, and blackout cellular blinds. The Creosote Room, named for the distinctive scent of the desert during the rains. This room features a daybed with an XL twin on top and a trundle with a Purple mattress in a regular twin size, allowing the room to sleep up to 2. Three of the four bedrooms also have dedicated workspaces, giving you flexibility to work while on the road. And we’ve got fast wifi from Xfinity.
We’ve also stocked the extras that most vacation rentals don’t. Need to do some laundry? We’ve got Electrolux front loaders and supply unscented laundry detergent and softener. Traveling with kids? We’ve got kid gear ranging from books, to a portable high chair, plates, cot, and even a pack & play. We try to make travel effortless for you!
