Upon stepping inside, you'll be greeted by the open-concept living area, which seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces. The space is designed with sleek lines and comfortable furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area features an oversized Crate & Barrel sectional, with room for the entire family to cozy up and watch a movie on the 55” Roku TV with soundbar. We think this is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of adventuring in the desert.
The newly-remodeled gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a GE Profile induction range, stunning granite counters, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Whether you're cooking up a gourmet meal or whipping up a quick breakfast, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your culinary creations come to life. The live edge teak dining table is the perfect gathering spot to dine, share stories, and make memories. The Saguaro Suite with ensuite bathroom
The Verde House boasts three bedrooms designed to provide you with the ultimate comfort and luxury. The Saguaro Suite (our primary suite) features a California King sized bed (great for taller folks!) with a Tuft & Needle mattress, Samsung The Frame TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a stunning vanity and a spa-like walk-in shower. The Ocotillo Room also offers a California King bed, also outfitted with a Tuft & Needle mattress for a refreshing night’s sleep. The Agave Room is just as lovely, with a regular king-size bed and an Avocado organic mattress for those who may prefer a cooler night’s sleep. Both secondary bedrooms are adjacent to the hall bathroom, with a beautiful vanity and fun, geometric tile. You’ll find Southwest-inspired modern decor, ample storage, and plenty of natural light in all three rooms. All rooms feature high-end 100% cotton linens, multiple types of quality pillows, blackout cellular blinds, and white noise machines, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of adventure.
The true highlight of The Verde House is its outdoor space. The backyard is an oasis with a private hot tub that’s always kept hot, a cozy fire pit, and plenty of seating for lounging and dining. You'll also find an expansive patio featuring our signature “Hola Tucson” mural from local muralist Modern Aquarian. The gas grill is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal and dining al fresco while enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather. The backyard is an ideal spot to take in the stunning views of the surrounding desert landscape, play a little Ladder Golf, take a nap in the hammocks, and relax and soak up the sun.
